Hey, I’m Helinka and back in 2013, my world turned upside down when I was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Surgery saved my life, but it also left me with an ileostomy. That bag wasn’t just a medical change, it challenged everything I thought I knew about my body, confidence, and identity.
